When you select pole pockets, the diameter of the pocket will be three inches so you should be able to slip in a pole with a diameter that is slightly smaller than that.
Yes, this is possible as long as the whole design of your PDF is sized exactly as the size of your order. For example, if you order a 5 ft x 5 ft vinyl banner and you have 6 rows of squares that are exactly 10" x 10" each (a total of 36 squares) as your design, we will follow what you submitted. To make sure, you can request for a free proof and leave a note that your image/s must measure exactly the size you need it to be. If we can resize, we will send you a proof first befor it goes to production.However, if the image will get warped or we are unable to resize due to the condition of the file, we will advise you on what you need to do.
