Small flat barrier pouches like the 3.25” x 4.5” and 3.375” x 5.5” are great for storing single-serve snacks, tea, spices, and other small food items and cosmetics.
For storing small electronics and medical devices, you can use the 4” x 6”, 5” x 5.5”, and 5” x 7” pouches.
Larger food items, cosmetics, and accessories may fit well in the 6” x 7”, 7” x 9”, and 7” x 12” flat pouches.

Yes, the materials are FDA compliant for direct food contact.
You can safely fill these pouches with liquids, lotions or gels in addition to dry goods. However, we do not offer any spouts or other fitments to assist in the filling or end use.
Finding out product shelf life requires a series of tests by a qualified testing company. If that is a concern, we recommend getting in touch with an accredited shelf life testing lab before ordering your pouches.
These pouches are not recyclable or compostable.
Using an impulse heat-sealing machine is the best way to secure your products inside flat pouches. We do not recommend relying on the zipper alone.

Yes, a 4mm tolerance should be allowed (2mm each along the left and right edge) for the cutting process that separates the pouches.

About Hard Copy Proofs
UPrinting offers hard copy proofs for clients with color critical art. These color proofs are printed on our highly calibrated EPSON proofing system and are closest representation of the final printed pieces.
Hard Copy proofs are printed using Kodak Proofing Stock, which is different from the actual paper we will use when printing your order. While its main purpose is to show color, variations may occur depending on the finish selected (AQ, Matte, UV) for the final print job. We do not offer hard copy proofs for art that will be printed on uncoated paper.
