Returns Window

We want you to love your prints. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • All complaints must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  • After this window, complaints may not be eligible for reprint or refund.

What’s Eligible for a Print or Refund

  • Defective products (at sole discretion of UPrinting.com).
  • Orders lost in transit (limited to orders ≤ $250).
  • Orders canceled before entering production.

Note: Turnaround time and shipping for reprint orders will vary based on production capacity and management discretion.

What’s Not Eligible

  • Custom printed items once in production (unless defective).
  • Direct mail services (including printing, presorting, list services, and design work).
  • Postage for direct mail once dropped at the post office.
  • Items not reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customer errors (e.g., typos in artwork or uploaded files).

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order before it enters production, you are eligible for a refund based on the time since payment:

Less than 1 month 100%
1-2 months 80%
2-3 months 60%
3-4 months 40%
4-5 months 20%
More than 5 months 0%

For partially fulfilled orders, refunds will be reduced by the value of fulfilled items, taxes and shipping.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team.
  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and photos (if applicable).
  3. We’ll open a support ticket and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping & Fees

  • Defective items: Reprinted and shipped at no cost.
  • Lost orders (≤ $250): Expedited reprint available at no cost.
  • Customer errors or buyer’s remorse: Not eligible for refund or return.
  • Restocking fee: Not applicable (we do not restock printed materials).

Refunds

  • Issued to your original payment method.
  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • For partial refunds, deductions will apply for fulfilled items, taxes, and shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your product is defective or lost (≤ $250), we’ll reprint and ship it at no cost.

Legal Notes

Disputes over valid charges found to be fraudulent may lead to legal action and recovery of all associated fees, including, but not limited to bank’s and attorney’s fees incurred in connection with resolving the dispute. UPrinting.com or its affiliates are not responsible for loss of business, incidental or consequential damages or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job. UPRINTING.COM is also not liable for returned mail pieces that are undeliverable for any reason. ALL PURCHASES OR SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THE INDEMNIFICATION, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISIONS APPEARING IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you dispute any charge that is made to your credit/debit card, you agree that UPRINTING.COM may authorize a third party vendor to handle and seek to resolve such dispute on UPRINTING.COM’s behalf, which may include UPRINTING.COM providing vendor with the following information: your name, physical address, email address, phone number and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that UPRINTING.COM may provide such information to the third-party vendor and that the third-party vendor may further disclose that information to your credit/debit card company, the bank issuing the credit/debit card and UPRINTING.COM’s merchant processing company for the purpose of resolving the dispute. UPRINTING.COM will endeavor to have the third-party vendor agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
