To get an idea of when you’ll receive your order, consider the turnaround time (production time) and the shipping time.
For example: 3 business days turnaround + 5 business days for ground shipping = 8 business days.
If you request a free PDF proof, it will be ready within six hours after you place your order. In case there are issues in your file, our team will contact you within 24 business hours. Remember that proofs approved before 5 p.m. PST will go into the printing queue, while those approved after 5 p.m. PST will be placed in the printing queue the following day.
Seasonal volume and adverse weather conditions may affect the timing of delivery. We cannot guarantee the arrival of mail pieces by a specific date.

There are two options for you here. The first is to have our Design Service Team do this for you for a small fee. You will need to submit pictures (high resolution) and all text you need to go on the postcard. You will need to create an account online and give us a call so we can send you a quote for this. The Customner Service Representative will also explain to you the terms of the Design Service.
The other way is you can configure your size, paper, quantity and other options on the product page online. Make sure the size option is your final choice because once you start, you cant change the size midway through your design. After you have made the specifications, you can click on the "Create Your Design Online" link. This will allow you to set up your post card layout yourself. You can insert images (from your computer or phone), type in text, create shapes and insert background colors you need. This Design Toll is very user friendly and if you need help, you can give us a call for assistance as our support lines are open 24 hours a day during weekdays and during office hours on weekends. Once you are happy with your design, save it on your online account and place the order. It will go straight to print or you may request for an online proof first before it goes to production but you would need to call this in after you save your artwork.
If this is part of the Mailing Service we offer, the mailing address box should be 2" x 4".
From the time you place the order (if your artwork has no issues otherwise it could cause some production delays), the fastest turnaround is one business day. Meaning we can print and ship out the next business day if you place the order the day before. There is a cut off time of 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. Most likely, we will print this in our Arlington, TX facility so it could take maybe another day or two via ground shipping to get to you. Shipping transit time is separate from the production turnaround. If you need it faster you can upgrade shippng to next day or overnight delivery.
If you arent in a hurry, we can ship this out in three business days. The first business day will start the following day from the point you order. Again shipping transit time is not counted.
The lowest quantity we print would be 25 pieces or cards. As of now, we are not offering any promotion or discounts for printing jobs.
Yes, we can do that. However, since this is not a standard option we would need our Custom Department to handle it. Please create an account online and give us a call for a quote. You may wish to consider other products with similar specifications that you can order with card slits. These are the Gift Card Holders and Mini Pocket Folders. There is also a Rip Card where the card may be separated through a perferation.
Your files will be reviewed for printing errors without paying a cent.
