To get an idea of when you’ll receive your order, consider the turnaround time (production time) and the shipping time.
For example: 3 business days turnaround + 5 business days for ground shipping = 8 business days.
If you request a free PDF proof, it will be ready within six hours after you place your order. In case there are issues in your file, our team will contact you within 24 business hours. Remember that proofs approved before 5 p.m. PST will go into the printing queue, while those approved after 5 p.m. PST will be placed in the printing queue the following day.
Seasonal volume and adverse weather conditions may affect the timing of delivery. We cannot guarantee the arrival of mail pieces by a specific date.

We have had our customers successfully do this. However, we do not guarantee results as different printers have different performance. We do offert this service but we use ink-jetting technology.
We do get these questions occasionally. For those measurements using 16 Pt card stock, we do know 100 postcards weighs around 2.29 lbs. We don't have weights for each post card, but in this case if we divide by 100, we can estimate that would put it at around 0.38 oz or 10-11 grams each.
No. Our pricing is based on quantity per design. In this case you would need to order 20 different sets of cards. I would suggest you take a look at our Short-Run Booklets. When ordering these, you submit your file and we will print each slide on one page. You would need to select 20 pages. We can bind these for you using Wire-O or if you want it to look like a booklet, we can do saddle-stitch. However, if you want to use 16 Pt Cover Stock for each page, we can also do that but you will need to speak to one of our Custom Representatives to get a quote and set the job up.
