Perforations and Sequential Numberings Available
Perforations allow for easy tearing of two sections of the material, enabling attendees to keep a part of the ticket as souvenirs. At the same time, sequential numbering helps with tracking attendance and financial reports. Depending on whether your tickets are perforated or not, you can place the sequential numbering in the following areas:

Customer Questions
Currently, we just follow what the customer indicates in the artwork. This is usually marked by a blank rectangular box (or even with the numerals itself like 0001) as it can get complicated when there are two areas for the numbering (the other being in the perforated part of the ticket). You can actually leave a note upon uploading the file, clarifying that the rectangular box is where the sequential numbering will be.You may also call it in so that our Prepress Team will be alerted to your instructions.
We can only use 14 PT Times New Roman Font in Black as the sequential numbering. If you have a dark background, we can insert a white box where the numbering can be printed on so that it will stand out. If you wish for specific fonts in specific colors or sizes, that will need to be processed by our Custom Department. This is the Variable Data Printing option which we dont recommend as it is often more expensive than the tickets themselves to set up and print.
You can definitely submit a PDF copy of the artwork that you would like us to print. When you create your artwork, you may add perforation line to file so we can follow the perforation location. Kindly use broken lines to indicate the locations of the perforation line on your file. Please note that you can add up to 3 parallel lines. We can send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press.

We have different options for printing turnaround time. 3 business days, 2 business days, and 1 business day. and additional business days for shipping. This is after proofs requested are approved and order is paid within the cutoff of 5 pm PST.
