Wide Variety of Sets for Various Business Forms

We print your carbonless forms on 20 lb. paper that has the same lightweight and smooth writability as copy paper. The number indicates the available number of forms per set:

2-Part Carbonless

2-Part Set

contains a yellow form as the extra copy.

3 Part Set

3-Part Set

gives you two more copies of the original document on a yellow and a pink form.

4 Part Set

4-Part Set

provides three more copies of the white form on yellow, pink, and gold forms.

Customize Your Carbonless Forms With Ease

Use these features to distinguish your custom carbonless forms.

Keep things on track with sequential numbering.

Adding this feature helps streamline records for data monitoring and record keeping. You can place up to 5 digits. A great alternative to carbon copy invoices for less mess.

A glued edge determines how the set will unfold.

We apply clear glue on any of the following edges on the form: top, left, right, and bottom. This keeps all the copies together for quick reference and tearing out.

Combine multiple sets with our padding options.

Padding glues together 25 to 50 sets in one pad either with a cardboard back or wrap-around cover (your choice).

  • Padded With Cardboard Back uses a chipboard to support several sets glued together. The backing lets you flip through the set and provides support for the entire pad.
  • Booklet With Wrap-around Cover that goes around from the back to the front of the pad. You can also place the cover between sets to prevent marking from separate forms.

If you select the “Not Padded (Loose Sets)” option, your carbonless forms will arrive loose and separated from one another.

Q:
I’ve used 3-part forms before. But for a 4-part form, does the fourth copy turn out dark enough to be easily legible? Do you have to press very very hard when writing on the form? Or does it basically work as well as a 3-part form?
Asked 7 months ago by Eric S.
A:

The way it works is the ink that disperses to create marks are located at the back of the paper. You would need to press a littlle harder as the copies/forms increase but wouldn't say that it takes too much effort.

Q:
Can I use a design that I have saved for one order and put it on a different size for another order? For example, I ordered the 4.5" invoices and I need the 8.5" size. Will I need to recreate the design or can I use the same design and make it fit the sz?
Asked 8 months ago by ALECIA D.
A:

The best way is to configure the bigger size on the website and start from scratch.  We could send you the PDF file but the online design tool is not really the best option to enlarge or stretch the artwork. Please give us a call and ask for a technical specialist to take a look at the artwork and if its just a matter of enlarging it, we may be able to help you with that as a courtesy.

Q:
Should my file be in the form of a PDF?
Asked 8 months ago by Christie H.
A:

We would encourage you to submit a PDF because that would mean you have already successfully converted all the elements of your artwork that you may have created using a different graphics application. It is equally important to make sure your artwork has a high resolution, correct size in relation to the size of the item you are ordering and using fonts that can be converted to PDF successfully.

Q:
I have a contract I have written up on word. Can I submit that to create a carbon fiber form?
Asked 9 months ago by Holly T.
A:

Hi Holly,

Yes, you can submit that. The order size should be 8.5 x 11 as this is the standard size for a Word document.

Thanks,

Q:
