Yes, this is possible as long as the whole design of your PDF is sized exactly as the size of your order. For example, if you order a 5 ft x 5 ft vinyl banner and you have 6 rows of squares that are exactly 10" x 10" each (a total of 36 squares) as your design, we will follow what you submitted. To make sure, you can request for a free proof and leave a note that your image/s must measure exactly the size you need it to be. If we can resize, we will send you a proof first befor it goes to production.However, if the image will get warped or we are unable to resize due to the condition of the file, we will advise you on what you need to do.
When you check out and make payment, there should be a field there to type in the coupon code. The system will determine if it is still valid and deduct this from your total. If you need any help, please give us a call.
We are assuming you have already clicked on the "Create Your Design Online" link and are working on your artwork. Right in the middle of the Menu, where it says "Background", you just need to click on the up/down arrow or anywhere in the small box and a color palette will come out. Just select the color among the smaller boxes and you can control its shade by using the rectangular toggle on the right side (Dragging the lever up and down by pressing down on the right click button). Then hit Apply which should change your entire background to the collor you selected. An added feature will show the CMYK color value on the left. Please remember, however, that you are viewing this on a monitor which translates color in RGB and not CMYK which is what color system printers like us use.
We have both Retractable Banner and X Banner Stands. We would suggest the X Banner stands as this can allow you to replace the banners if you need to.
The turnaround time for printing only starts the day after you pay for the order and approve the proof. This is if you do these two things before the cutoff time of 5 pm PST. If you do it after 5 pm, printing will start the next business day after. Also, weekends and holidays don't count as the facility will be closed.
Normally, banners can print in three business days. We ship out at the end of the third business day and you would also need to add the number of days in transit from our facility to your delivery address. For example, if you approve the proof and make payment on Monday Oct 2 before 5 pm, the job will ship out at the end of the day on thursday, Oct 5. If you selected overnight shipping, you would get the items on Friday Oct 6. You have the option to select faster turnaround time as we can also print that in one business day and select a cheaper shipping option if you are closer to our facility. Best thing to do is, give us a call and let us know when your deadline is so that we can give you the best option. Just keep in mind that the printing time and shipping transit time are computed separately. Also, we computed the above based on there being no issues with your file as sometimes this can also add to the number of days. If we encounter any file issues such as low resolution or offsized artwork, this will necessitate getting your approval if adjustments need to be made. These delays will definitely add to your total printing time.
