Q:
How does the printing handle watercolors? I have artwork scanned into the computer.
Asked 6 days ago by Mark F.
A:

Whatever file you send to us will be converted to a PDF file and saved using a CMYK preset. Since the print medium is quite different to what you see on the computer screen, the colors will be converted to CMYK which will impact it's vibrancy specially of the brigter shades like red, orange. That is why we cannot guarantee color matching. Its best that you ask for a free PDF proof so you can see these changes before you make payment and the job goes to print. If you are not satisfied with the conversion, you can have the option to edit your design and adjust using CMYK settings and resend it back to us for proofing.

Q:
Is double sided printing available?
Asked a month ago by Janet G.
A:

Unfortunately, we can't print double sided for the Rolled Canvas. We can do this for Poster Signs  which uses PVC Board or 20 mil Styrene.

Q:
Is there a difference between canvas paper and rolled canvas?
Asked 3 months ago by Rachelle
A:

Yes, our rolled canvas is made of a poly-cotton blend and is not classified as paper aand is commercially known as Artist Canvas. Canvas Paper is a high quality paper form designed for oil painting but is different from the material we have.

Q:
How much does shipping cost for 10 different 8 x 10 prints with 2’ BORDER
Asked 3 months ago by SSANDY@COMCAST.NET
A:

Normally these would be priced individually for shipping as we cannot guarantee they will all be printed in one batch. However, please call us to set up an unpaid invoice with the exact shipping address so that they can give you an accurate price.

Q:
Why is the shipping more than the print I want to order?!
Asked 3 months ago by Joni T.
A:

Unfortunately this occurs with certain products where the printing cost is low. Over the years we have tried to keep printing cost at a certain level but there are overhead and handling costs that also impact after production which is then added to shipping. These include the additional manpower needed for the manual process involved in packing so that jobs are not delayed and backlogs are avoided, the materials we use to ensure the item will be delivered securely (which we put a lot of effort into) and even moving the hundreds of packages from the production area to our courier's trucks. Then of course the distance of where we print from and ship to is also a factor.

It is a balancing act between the rising costs of printing and shipping that our production team works on constantly and we hope for our client's understanding of the situation.
