Yes, we basically need you to send your design that is sized exactly as you ordered. The file has to have at least 250-300 DPI for optimum printing. At the configure and price section, you may actually configure how many pieces you need to get printing cost. There is another tab below that so you can get an estimate on shipping and handling fees.

You need to use the original email address when the account was created.  We normally keep the artwork under the account for two years before it is deleted from the archives. If the design is not too complicated, the Online Design Tool would be an excellent and easy option to recreate the artwork.  

Yes, we have had customers report that they printed on these uncoated stocks.

This is possible. However, our Custom Department will need to handle it. Please give us a call and speak to one of our Custom Representative.

It is actually very easy to design. After you select your options on the Configure and Price area, you will notice there is a "Create Your Design Online" link below the price (underneath the "Upload Your File and Order Now" link). If you click on that it will ask you if you need it to read horizontal or vertical. Then it will bring you to the design tool where you can basically insert images, type text and create borders. You may also select from millions of stock images conveniently grouped into the general topic you need as your central theme (Business, Real Estate, Weddings, etc). These will need to be bought separately for a minimal fee as they are high resolution copyrighted images. After that, create an account and save the image. You can order if from there or create further designs that you can choose from.
