You can design all jacket and T-shirt products online. On the product page, you will first select the decoration style, material color, and then input a quantity according to size. Select “Add Design” to start designing the graphic or text on your T-shirt or jacket. The online design tool includes templates and a wide selection of products and colors.
All other products come with layout templates you can download and open in your preferred design software. If you have a print-ready file, upload it directly to our online calculator.
What type of pen styles are available?
Choose from several BIC® pens and other types for your branded home office essentials. Styles include the standard click pens, stylus, grip, hourglass, and dart pens. We also offer mechanical pencil varieties.

How is my logo or company name printed on the T-shirt or jacket?
Your design is decorated onto a jacket in one or both the options below. The available decoration style depends on the jacket type:
- Embroidered – This process transforms your logo into a three-dimensionally stitched design that appears handmade as its name describes.
- Printed – Our in-house decoration team will decide on the best printing process for your apparel based on the color, fabric, and quantity of your order. One option is digital printing, which applies water-based inks directly on to the garment. It’s normally placed on 100% cotton products. CAD-Cut printing is applied to dark-colored garments and materials used for athletic uniforms.
T-shirts are also decorated with the same two methods as jackets. But they also include screen printing among its decoration style. Screen-printed T-shirts offer the best quality among the 3 methods available. Colors and images come out clear and crisp, which makes it perfect for bold and vibrant designs. You can add 1 or 2 colors in each design.
