Cut-to-Size Singles for Custom Applications
Ordered in quantities below 250 pieces, cut-to-size singles are delivered as individually cut labels. These are printed quickly—ready to ship in as little as 1 business day—and are ideal for small, highly customized mailings.

Yes. You can print on waterproof BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) for your address labels. For orders of 250 and above, the material remains waterproof in both hot and cold water. For smaller quantities (starting at 25 pieces), the label is waterproof in cold or tap water but may peel if submerged in hot water.
Yes. Many customers order circle, oval, or starburst-shaped return address labels and apply them directly over the back flap of the envelope. This seals the envelope securely while displaying your return address in an elegant, modern way.
Yes. After selecting the "Roll" format, choose "Custom" under the shape options. You will then be able to select your specific width and height dimensions. Ensure your uploaded artwork file includes a dieline to indicate exactly where the label should be cut.
Yes, you can upload your own custom file. We accept JPG, PNG, TIF, AI, and PUB formats. To ensure the best print quality, we recommend submitting your design in CMYK color space with a minimum resolution of 300dpi. If you do not have a design, you can use our free templates to easily set up your margins and bleeds.

About Hard Copy Proofs
UPrinting offers hard copy proofs for clients with color critical art. These color proofs are printed on our highly calibrated EPSON proofing system and are closest representation of the final printed pieces.
Hard Copy proofs are printed using Kodak Proofing Stock, which is different from the actual paper we will use when printing your order. While its main purpose is to show color, variations may occur depending on the finish selected (AQ, Matte, UV) for the final print job. We do not offer hard copy proofs for art that will be printed on uncoated paper.
