The Advantages of Using Our High-Quality Printing Service
Fast and easy application for small to large quantities. Choose between singles (formerly known as cut-to-size) labels or order hundreds in several rolls. Singles or sheet works best on address labels you’ll be applying by hand on a few envelopes. Singles work for quantities between 50 to 250 pieces, while the sheet is more manageable for quantities below 100.
The roll is recommended for quantities above 250, as each one fits in a label dispenser for faster application.
Permanent adhesive on all available materials. Most label materials, whether for indoor or outdoor use, come with a permanent adhesive. The only removable and repositionable option is the white BOPP (removable), but this also comes in a stronger adhesive under the indoor type. Apart from the removable white BOPP, all other materials permanently adhere and leave a mark if you try to take it out.
Need a waterproof option? Print in vinyl for the singles or in BOPP or textured materials for a roll.

How to Personalize Envelope Labels
Print in the exact size and shape you need. Both singles and roll labels come in the four standard shapes. Singles are also offered in shapes like arch, hexagon, heart, and starburst. If you have specific dimensions in mind, select “Custom” as your shape for either type and then choose and combine from the list of widths and heights for your preferred specs.
Choose a protective coating and material that elevates your brand. Each permanent adhesive comes in gloss, matte, or high-gloss coating.

Envelope Labels FAQs
The format you choose depends on the variety of designs plus how you will remove the labels and apply them. It also depends on the total quantity of your final order.
- Sheets can carry the same or different designs on each piece. Recommended for those who prefer to count and track the number of labels by sets.

Singles are individual labels in the exact shape you indicate. Recommended for business owners applying small quantities of the labels themselves on the envelopes.
- Rolls are normally ordered in large quantities and can fit in a label dispenser. Best for labelling envelopes by the hundreds or thousands.
For sheet stickers, only the white paper sticker is available. We recommend ordering it in high gloss so that your design has additional protection.
Among the singles label options, the 4 mil white vinyl high gloss offers waterproof and weather-resistant properties. It will protect your design from fading even after long sun exposure.
Roll labels offer several waterproof materials and the sturdiest is the BOPP. This material is waterproof, oil and chemical resistant. It is recommended for anything that will be exposed to moisture and external liquids.
The printing time also depends on the sticker format you choose. Sheet and singles stickers can be produced in one (1) business day, while rolls can be manufactured in two (2) business days. Choose a printing time that fits your business’ schedule.
