Wedding Labels: Customizable Memorabilia for a Momentous Occasion

Looking for a simple yet meaningful way to customize the details in a wedding? Custom wedding labels are easy to make and can be applied to anything from souvenirs, invitations, served wine bottles, name tags, and other distinct details. A strategic accessory that wedding planners use to keep within the couple’s budget. Print in singles (formerly known as cut-to-size) for smaller quantities or roll for faster application obulk sets of giveaways. Sheets are also available for designs customers can write on. Have a specific look in mind? We let you tailor every aspect—from the shape, size, to finish. Here’s how you can come up with a design suited for that special occasion.

How to Create Elegant Wedding Favor Labels

Choose a shape that matches its function. Select a shape and size that fits the message for the label. Square or rectangle dimensions can fit the couple’s names or indicate the envelope is a save-the-date invite. Circle or oval variations can be applied to anything from a packaged souvenir, invitation, or a bottle giveaway. Custom dimensions are available for both singles and roll wedding labels. Select “Custom Size” to create the exact form you need for the souvenir or save-the-date label.

If you need a fun design, singles offer various heart or starburst dimensions. There are also several hexagon or arch sizes for wedding favor labels with a more modern aesthetic.

Roll labels come in basic shapes but also let you combine several widths and heights for a specific look.

Sheet sizes depend on the number of labels per page. The largest size is at 5” x 4” at 4 labels/sheet. The smallest is at 2.685” x 1” for 30 labels/sheet.

Design in color and coat with a finish that matches the wedding’s theme palette. Give guests a preview or keep the overall look consistent with two or three colors from the wedding’s palette. Add an elegant matte finish for classic designs. Gloss reflects under light and makes bold colors appear brighter. For a finish that stands out, the high gloss coating gives the brightest shine and is perfect for image-based labels.

Print in a material that keeps the artwork intact, even while in storage. Applying wedding labels on water or wine bottles? BOPP is recommended if these will be given away for guests to consume after the event. The textured variations come in cream or white and are normally used for wine, champagne, and other alcoholic beverage labels.

For indoor souvenirs, we recommend the 70 lb. label or white premium sticker paper. Both options come in either protective matte or gloss but are not water or oil resistant. If you need to expose the items to sun and water, like in an outdoor beach wedding, print on the vinyl materials under singles or roll formats.

If you need to write on name tags or place holders for a small gathering, the sheet labels are printed on indoor-friendly, uncoated white paper sticker. It also comes in high gloss for added protection and shine.
