- Keep all critical elements — this is includes all important texts, logos, and artwork — remain in the safe zone, and allow at least 1/8 inch of space inside the trim line.
- Align headlines, logos, and focal points to the layout grid rather than relying solely on page edges, and use your printer’s digital proofs or templates to verify proper alignment.
- Review your proof carefully to ensure the design appears visually balanced. If it looks centered in the proof, it will print centered.
- Printer variability. Different printers, inks, and paper stocks can produce slightly different results.
- Monitor settings. Screen brightness, contrast, and calibration influence how colors appear on your display.
- Convert your file to CMYK before submitting it for printing.
- Calibrate your monitor. Use color-calibration tools to achieve more accurate on-screen color.
- Request a proof. A printed proof allows you to preview colors before full production.
- Use ICC profiles. These help align your design software with your printer’s color output.
Color consistency is influenced by how files are prepared and printed. Since printers use CMYK inks, minor differences may appear between print runs, paper types, or machines. To ensure the closest possible match, please provide the reference order number so our files team can replicate the setup of the original artwork. Our stickers use a general-purpose permanent acrylic adhesive. Once applied, the label cannot be removed without damage or leaving residue on the surface. This makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The adhesive bonds well to most corrugated, paper, and plastic substrates, though performance is not guaranteed on surfaces that are wet, oily, or dusty. Labels with this adhesive can be applied at temperatures as low as 25 to 35 degrees Fahrenheit and are designed to withstand a service temperature range from -50 to +150 degrees Fahrenheit.
