How to Create Distinct and Durable Hydro Flask Stickers
Choose a format that will enable a fast and efficient application.
- Cut-to-size/singles are individual pieces cut to the exact shape you choose and upload.
- Rolls arrange the stickers in a continuous line for faster application using a label dispenser.
- Kiss-cut prints each sticker on a larger backing sheet or flat, square background. This one is easier to peel and protects the edges compared to the singles/cut-to-size format.
- Sheets let you print the same design or multiple artworks on one sheet. You can print a variety if you have several designs to apply on a set of hydro flasks.
Customize the shape based on the dimensions of your design.
Cut-to-size or single hydro flask stickers come in the standard shapes but also alternative ones such as arch, hexagon, heart, and starburst.
Sticker rolls offer the same shapes as singles, but also include the lollipop dimension. Square and rectangle shapes come with rounded edges for a smoother finish.
Sheets come in larger square or rectangle shapes: 3.5” x 8”, 4” x 6”, 5.5”x 8.5”, and 8.5” x 11”. Custom sizes for this format start at 3” and reach up to 8.5” for width or 11” for height.
Kiss-cut stickers are printed in the sheet or backing size. The sheet size for kiss-cut shapes starts at 2”x 2” and goes up to 5” x 5”. You can also enter a custom size for the entire backing sheet.

Rainbow Holographic BOPP Label
