What’s the turnaround time for my order?
The estimated turnaround time varies per product and is based on the number of business days needed for production. We will only begin processing your order once the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The print-ready artwork is already uploaded
- Full payment has been received
- The PDF proof has been approved by the customer
- For custom print orders wherein the customer requests for a hard copy of the proof, the signed proof should be sent to UPrinting on or before the cut-off time.
