How can I contact Customer Service?

You may reach us at 888-888-4211. Our Customer Service team is ready to serve you 24 hours from Monday to Friday and from 6:00am to 5:00pm PT on Saturdays and Sundays.

You can also fill out our contact form, and we will strive to get back to you as soon as possible. We also have a live chat feature on our website – just click the “Live Chat” button on the lower right of the screen.

Where can I view my orders?

You can view all your orders by signing in and going to Your Account in the upper right corner. Select Order Status, then open the Orders and Proofs tab to see your complete order list.

I received my order and have a question or concern. Who do I speak to?

Our Customer Service team is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT on weekends, and is always ready to help.

I found a typo, but I already approved my design. How can I fix it?

If your order has not entered production, contact Customer Service right away through Live Chat or by calling (888) 888-4211. Have your order number ready so we can try to hold the job and allow you to upload a corrected file.

If your order is already in production or has shipped, we can no longer make changes or issue refunds for typos. You may place a new order with the updated design, and we will help ensure it prints correctly.

Why did I not receive any order confirmation or email updates?

We send email updates at every stage of your order, from order confirmation to delivery. If you’re not receiving these emails, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find any updates, feel free to contact us for assistance.

I requested a proof, but I cannot find it.

You will receive an email notification within 12 hours once your free PDF proof is ready. At that time, log in to your account to download and review it.

To keep your order on schedule, please approve the proof and settle any outstanding balance before our cutoff time: (5:00PM PT).

Why is my order status still Pending, Awaiting Proof Approval, or Processing?

These statuses indicate where your order is in the process before production begins. Some may require action from you: 

  • Waiting for Files or Replacement Files: Please upload the required file
  • Inspecting Your Files: Our team is reviewing your file for accuracy
  • Proof Pending Approval: Your proof is ready for review and approval
  • Waiting for Payment: Your proof is approved, but payment is still needed  

Checking these updates helps us move your order to print without delay.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can still change your order if you haven’t approved your PDF proof yet. We can no longer make changes to the file, artwork, quantity, and other product options once your print job is sent to press. You can call our Customer Service team at (888) 888-4211 to make an order change request.

Note: Please do not resubmit your order online. This will create a duplicate order and be charged to your credit card.

I am unable to log in to view my order. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble signing in, try resetting your password. Go to https://store.uprinting.com/customer/login and select Reset Password, then enter the email address registered to your account. Make sure autofill isn’t adding extra characters and check your spam or junk folder for the reset email.

Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. If you’re still unable to log in, please contact us—our team is happy to help.


Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

You may check the status of your order by signing up for an account. Once you’ve signed in, just go to Your Account, then Open Orders. Click on the Status column to see if your current order has been shipped.

Take note that the delivery time will depend on your location and the product’s print turnaround time. Once we’ve shipped out your order, we will send you an e-mail with a link and your order’s tracking number.

Will I receive a notification when my order is ready for shipping?

Yes. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to ship. The email will include tracking information so you can follow the delivery on our website or through the courier.

My shipping address is wrong. How can I correct this?

Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. You may reach us by phone at (888) 888-4211, through Live Chat, or by emailing info@uprinting.com. Include your order number and the correct shipping address.

If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, we may need to coordinate with the courier. Address changes at this stage are not guaranteed, so contacting us quickly gives the best chance of success.

Can I change the shipping method after placing my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Contact Customer Service by phone ((888) 888-4211), Live Chat, or email (info@uprinting.com). Provide your order number and preferred shipping method.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to work directly with the courier.

My tracking shows no movement or delay. How can I get help?

Log in to your account and go to Orders and Proofs, then Order Status, to confirm whether the order has shipped. Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation email.

If your order appears delayed, contact Customer Service with your order number at (888) 888-4211, through Live Chat, or by emailing info@uprinting.com. We will review the situation and update your delivery estimate.

Carrier delays can occur during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to weather. If the delay is on our end, we will make it right. 

How do you calculate the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on several factors:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Distance to the destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Any additional services or handling fees 

Tip: Shipping to a business or commercial address is usually more cost-effective than shipping to a residential address.

How can I track shipping of my orders?

Once we have shipped your order, you may track it by clicking the “Track Shipment” button in the Orders & Proofs section of your account.


Placing an Order

Can I get a custom quote?

Yes, you can. You have two options: use our Custom Product Builder or get in touch with us directly for a quote.

How can I update my email or contact information?

You can update your contact details at any time:

  1. Log in and go to Your Account
  2. Select Settings, then Contact Information
  3. Update your email or other information and save your changes 

You will continue receiving all important notifications without interruption.
