Yes, you can still change your order if you haven’t approved your PDF proof yet. We can no longer make changes to the file, artwork, quantity, and other product options once your print job is sent to press.
If you haven’t approved your proof yet, you may call Customer Service at (888) 888-4211. Please do not resubmit your order on our website. This will create duplicate orders and incur charges to your credit card.
Yes, you can cancel an order if production has not started yet. Please note that there will be a $15 cancellation fee, in addition to other applicable charges (e.g., proofs or requested samples).
