How do I create my own UPrinting account?

You need to have your own UPrinting account to place an order. To create one, click “Your Account” on the upper right side of the screen. Then, click “Create Account” and provide your complete name, email address, password, and phone number in the blank fields. Afterwards, check your registered email address and wait for our verification email.

How do I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you may track it by clicking the “Track Shipment” button in the Orders & Proofs section of your account.

I am satisfied with my order and would like to place a repeat purchase. How do I do that?

We are glad to hear that you are happy with our online printing services! To place a repeat order with the exact same specifications and quantity, go to “Your Account” and click the Orders & Proofs tab. Look for the previous order that you’d like to purchase again and click “Reorder”.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can change your order if you haven’t approved your design proof. To do so, reach out to our Customer Service team at (888) 888-4211 and make an order change request. Please refrain from resubmitting your order to avoid unnecessary charges on your credit card.
