Fortunately, the interesting shapes and rounded edges on our die-cut flyers provide a hint of class and a way for your materials to stand out! In addition to the popular die-cut flyer options, we’ve added custom shapes to help your business stand out from the crowd.
The new custom shapes are easy to use too. From the Shape menu, choose Custom and input the dimensions of your design. Then, upload your artwork as usual or create your design online.
Most of our die-cut flyers come in the standard 4” x 6" size, except for the circle which has a circumference of 4". Looking for something bigger and bolder? You can print custom shape flyers up to 11” x 17”.

Matte or glossy flyers make excellent promotional tools. Trade shows, product and event promotions, and invites are just some of their more common uses.
To give your flyers a premium look, we’ve added foil stamping and raised foil options. These foil options are available in a variety of colors that will add visual interest and texture to your flyers:

Spot UV adds an eye-catching contrast to any artwork. If you select spot UV, make sure to indicate in your design where this shiny coating should be applied. (Note: Raised foil and spot UV are not available for custom shapes.)
Die-cut flyers are available in 14 and 16 pt. cardstocks in different laminations:

Order die-cut flyers in quantities of 250 to 100,000. We use 28" Komori offset presses for color flyer printing, ensuring your first prints look consistent!
For online flyer printing, the standard printing time is 4 to 6 business days, shipping time not included.

Guidelines for setting up your print file with Foil/Spot UV embellishments

- If applying Raised Spot UV / Raised Foil to text, use font size of 12 pt. or larger.
- Avoid using fonts that are very thin or have small spaces between or inside the letters.
- Strokes or borders with Raised Spot UV / Raised Foil must be more than 1.5 pt. thick.
- Limit Raised Spot UV / Raised Foil coverage to about 50% of the surface area.
- Keep Raised Spot UV / Raised Foil elements 1/16” apart.
