“Our logo was not in color as I requested. I called to inquire about a few things before I placed the order. My main concerns were regarding the logo I uploaded as it had an orange box around it and it showed the print color as black. The lady I was on the phone with assured me TWO things..1. The orange box was just there to show the area the logo would be. 2. That my logo would be printed in the colors that were in the uploaded logo, not black as it was showing. She stated the black was a default setting since there was no way to pick a color or color scheme from our logo. So I disregarded where the invoice stated black print due to the fact I was on the phone with a sales lady while making the order online. As soon as I would make a choice, it took 1-2 second to show up on her side. We went over the entire order again before I hit the order button just to make sure everything was correct. Well a week or so later our order is delivered and low and behold, the logo is in BLACK. I called, explained the issue and was pretty much told Too bad, once the order is shipped you can not return anything. I pressed the fact that I placed the order over the phone and was assured the logo would be in our colors. So now we have 750 bags we do NOT want because of the logo colors but I guess we have to deal with it since no one wants to help me figure out a solution. They will agree with you just so they can place the non-refundable order.”
