Reinforced for your package’s protection
1-color gummed tapes are tamper-proof. The tape’s material is reinforced with fiberglass, making it impossible to tear by hand. To cut it or open a package sealed with it, you’d need a sharp tool such as a knife or a pair of scissors. Due to its strength, you can seal boxes and packages with one piece of tape, making it a truly cost-effective solution for your packaging needs.
Gummed tapes use a starch-based adhesive that only becomes sticky once moistened. Since this is water-activated, we recommend using a kraft tape dispenser with it. To apply, simply measure the length of tape you need and moisten the sticky side with water. The adhesive will bond with the box or packaging and form a strong, durable seal that’s also tamper-evident. Recommended for packages up to 30 lbs.

Customer Questions
Since you have a number of questions, may we break this down:
- The closest we have to 288 Blue is Reflex Blue. We cannot customize this to that exact PMS color code.
- If you are referring to the safe zone wherein the artwork needs to be placed, then the .125" increment is actually preferred.
- For the questions on your artwork, the maximum print area size we have is 9.029" W x 2.8345" H and we can print diagonally. However, please note we only have one tape height which is 3".
- We would prefer your file to be in PDF format.
- For the carton dimensions and weight, we could possibly get the details for this if we would know the exact size dimensions and quantity you are ordering.
