Do you offer free sample kits?
Yes, you can request a free sample kit based on the project you want to print. The available sample kits let you see and feel the materials of specific products:

Standard offset sample kit – Paper stocks and finishes for popular marketing materials such as brochures, postcards, booklets, envelopes, and the like.

Large format swatch kit – Sample materials for larger print products such as banners, canvas prints, wall decals, and window clings.

How do I place an order?
You can easily select the order’s features on the product page’s online calculator. After choosing all your features from the calculator, you can upload a file or create a design online. After completing your design, the site will lead you to the checkout page. We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Is your site secure?
Yes, UPrinting is a safe and secure site for all transactions. We never ask for personal information unless our customer service agents need it to complete your order. The site also uses encryption methods such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect all the private information provided throughout the order process.

Do you offer free proofing?
Yes, we offer free online PDF proofs for direct file uploads. After uploading the file to our site, select “Wait – I want to receive and approve a free PDF proof.” A link to the PDF proof will be emailed within six (6) hours. We will only print the file upon receiving your approval online.

What is online printing?
Online printing means all print products are accessible and created through the UPrinting site. Like other e-commerce sites, all steps of the purchase process—from selecting a product, choosing the specifications, uploading and creating the design, to checkout and design approval—are all done online. No need to step out of your home or office to complete the transaction. Any changes or concerns can be communicated by chat or over the phone.
