Custom Mailer Boxes FAQ

Will my mailer box colors match the proof on my screen?
Colors on your finished box may look different than they do on your screen. Screens display color using RGB light, which can produce brighter, more vivid tones than CMYK printing inks, so some shift is normal and expected.
To minimize the difference, submit your artwork in CMYK color mode (conversion guide here) and review your PDF proof carefully before approving. For the most accurate preview, we recommend ordering a sample box before committing to a large run.
How do I design my mailer box so it folds and closes correctly?

Use the dieline template generated after placing your order to position your artwork correctly. The template shows fold lines, glue areas, and cut lines to guide proper box assembly. Make sure important design elements do not overlap glue flaps or fold areas.

Will my printed mailer box match the proof or sample I approved?

Yes, the final mailer box is produced using the same dieline and specifications shown in the approved proof. Sample boxes are printed using the same process so you can evaluate the size, material, and print quality before placing a larger order.
