A: No, we only offer print and embroidery of logos and company names.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom hats?
A: You can order as few as one (1) hat for most products, which is perfect if you just want a sample. However, we also have some products like Under Armour that require a minimum order quantity.
Q: What file format should my logo be in for embroidery?
A: We accept the following file formats: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, CDR, PNG, JPG, TIF, GIF, and BMP.
Q: How many colors can I use in my hat design?
A: You can use as many colors as you wish for your hat, whether you choose a single color or multiple colors.
Q: Are there extra charges for multi-color embroidery or special thread?
A: No, we don’t have extra charges for special threads or multicolor embroidery. However, we do have extra charges for additional locations.
Q: What hat styles are best for outdoor activities or sports teams?
A: Structured baseball caps or trucker hats are recommended for outdoor activities and sports teams due to their breathable fabrics and construction.
Q: What is the difference between structured and unstructured hats?
A: Structured hats have reinforced front panels, which help maintain their shape, while unstructured hats have soft crowns that offer a casual look.
Q: Where can I add my artwork?
A: To add a logo or name, choose from one of our design templates or upload a file. You can put your artwork on the following decoration locations: front, back, left panel, right panel, left side, and right side.
Q: How big is the decoration area?
A: The maximum decoration area is 2” x 4”.
Q: Can I add a second line to my design?
A: Yes. To do this, you need to choose a template that allows for a second line placement. Click on the Design Templates button and choose from the library. Alternatively, you can upload your artwork.
Q: Where can I find the hat sizes?
A: You can find the sizes by clicking on the See Size & Fit Chart link. This will take you to the bottom of the product page where you can see the different hat sizes.
Q: Can I order different sizes (youth, adult) in one custom hat order?
A: No, you can’t. We have specific products offering youth sizes, while some hat styles are just designed for adult sizes.
Q: How do I know what size hat will fit someone?
A: Some of our products are one-size-fits-most and feature adjustable straps. For fitted styles, please check the size chart on the product page for the most accurate measurements.
