Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. And together we will get through this. I am reaching out to you to let you know that we are here for you during this time, now more than ever. Here are some ways our team has been approaching the situation

Our global team understands the challenges for small business owners.

UPrinting continues to take orders, produce and ship products to our customers, working hard to deliver the same quality you expect and rely on. Having several locations across the United States keeps our business extremely nimble, with contingency plans in place enabling us to react swiftly to developments.

Even with some states implementing the “Safer at Home” order, we’ve been able to shift production to our other locations and continue operations without disruption to our customers.

We care deeply about keeping our employees safe and healthy.

We are diligently practicing safety measures within all our facilities to ensure that each one of our employees is safe and protected. These include social distancing and frequent sanitizing of all areas and high-touch surfaces.

We have also temporarily suspended our in-person pick-up option to reduce any risk of exposure. We are closely monitoring reports on COVID-19 from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will resume this service as soon as it is safe to do so.

Our business was created to help our customer succeed in their business or organizational goals, and that includes answering all your questions and concerns during this uncertain time.

Our team has put together resources and content on our website that might be helpful to small businesses, such as a section dedicated to Frequently Asked Questions on your orders and shipping.
