Business Cards FAQs

Q: What are the file formats of your templates?

A: Our templates are designed to work with several applications. They are available in .ai, jpg, .pdf, .psd, and .pub formats.

Q: What is the difference between the safety line, trim line, and bleed area?

A: The safety line is where you should keep all your text and images. Anything that goes beyond the safety line will be cut off in printing.
The trim line is where our machine will cut your business card.
The bleed area is the part of the paper that is going to be trimmed off. To ensure that there are no white edges, images and colors should go all the way to the bleed area.

Q:How can I change the logo image on the design tool?

A: On the online design tool, you can click the part that says Upload Your Own Design. This will allow you to insert an image from your computer or choose from one of the licensed stock images.
