Setting up Your Retractable Banners
Step 1: Position the Base
Take all the parts out of the carrying case and place them on your work surface. Set the banner stand base on the floor where you want your display.
If you have a standard retractable banner, turn the stabilizing feet outward to keep the base steady and prevent it from tipping over.
Before you move on, check that the base is on a flat, even surface.
Step 2: Assemble the Support Pole
The support pole holds the banner upright. You’ll find it stored next to the banner’s aluminum base.
All our retractable banner poles are joined with bungee cords inside. Just unfold the pole and snap the pieces together.
Place the bottom of the pole into the hole in the banner stand base and make sure it is secure. The pole should stand upright and be stable.
The premium retractable banner support pole is also telescopic, so you can adjust the banner’s height accordingly.
Step 3: Pull the Banner Up From the Base
Gently pull the banner graphic up. It is connected to a spring inside the base that pulls it back when you are not using it.
Pull the graphic up slowly and evenly so it does not snap back into the base.
Step 4: Attach the Banner to the Support Pole
When the banner is fully extended, connect its top rail to the top of the support pole.
Our banners have a marked slot system, so you can easily hook the top rail onto the pole.
After you attach it, the banner should stay fully extended and upright.
If you have a double-sided deluxe banner, pull up and attach one side first. Then, pull up the second banner and attach it to the same end of the support pole.
Step 5: Adjust the Display
Finally, take a moment to check if the banner is lined up correctly.
