Silk postcards have a soft-touch lamination that feels like satin and adds water and tear resistance, unlike standard matte or gloss finishes.
You can write on them with a permanent marker, but for full writability we recommend uncoated cardstock.
Upload a file that has the spot UV section in a separate vector layer. If you can’t prepare the file to have a separate vector layer, contact our customer service and let them know you’re submitting another file with the spot UV section set in a different color.
Yes, you can review the silk postcards file before it’s sent to production. After uploading the file directly to our site, go to the “Select a Proofing Option” section and choose “Wait – I want to receive and approve a free PDF proof.” We’ll email you a link to the PDF proof and the file will only be sent for printing once you send your approval.
All silk postcards take 6 business days to produce. Your order will be shipped after this printing time. To find out how soon you can receive them, select “Estimate Shipping & Delivery.” Input your ZIP code on the pop-up window and several arrival dates will appear.
