Once I receive the rolled canvas, I take it to Hobby Lobby to have it professionally custom framed with acrylic glass. “It was my first time ordering with uprinting and I was skeptical because normally you can crop and size photos after uploading but here you just choose a size they'll print it. I was worried that because of my photos being horizontal, they wouldn’t crop to the size chosen due to the orientation. Once I received the photos, exactly what I was worried about, happened. I reached out to customer service that if they can reprint with the correct layout and they explained to me that due to me approving the designs already they couldn’t do it. However, they reached back out and said they’ll do it and I’ll only have to pay for shipping and they can have it delivered within a few days. This was perfect because I needed them asap for my wedding. Overall, even though the prints weren’t correct at first, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and for that I recommend them to anyone!”
