This replaces all previous preset square and rectangle sizes and gives you more control over how your graphics are arranged on the sheet.

File Requirements for the DTF Transfer
- File Format: Submit your design in PNG format with a transparent background.
- Safety Margin: Include a 1/8" safety margin on all edges to ensure no essential parts of the design are trimmed.
- Artboard Setup: Gang up multiple designs on a single artboard to optimize space.
- Color Specifications: Utilize 5/0 color printing to ensure accurate and vibrant colors.
- File Dimensions: File Dimensions: You can upload artwork up to the maximum sheet size of 22” x 120”
- Trimming: Transfers will be trimmed to match your specified order size.
How to Apply the DTF Transfer Using Heat Press
Step 1: Preheat your heat press while preparing the shirt by placing it on the press. Ensure the shirt is smooth and wrinkle-free when loaded on to the press.
Step 2: Position the DTF Transfer on the shirt, cover it with Teflon paper, and press for 15-20 seconds with medium pressure.
Step 3: Allow the shirt to cool, then gently peel off the transfer film, leaving the design perfectly adhered.
Other rules:
Our DTF is suitable for hot or cold peeling. For best results, we recommend a cold/room-temperature peel. Heat, pressure, and time should be adjusted according to individual machines and substrates.

- Pressure: 35-50 PSI
- Pre-Press: 5-7 seconds until moisture is gone
- Press: 290-320°F 10-20 seconds
- Post-Press: 5-7 seconds with a Teflon sheet or preferred material.
