A2 Envelopes

“In making an educated guess and using Pantone's tint tools, I was unsure how printing a pastel aqua with subtle CMYK mix would turn out. After the first proof, it appeared too light and more to the blue side, so the tint was adjusted to put a bit more ink on the sheet and push color more to the aqua side. The color proof showed the change and the printing turned out great! Also, they beat the estimated delivery day. The only reason that I didn't give an excellent rating on this job was that the first round proof arrived with a different template than what could be downloaded online. The live chat rep and production team determined that a newer template was used on first proof. The template was sent to me and I adjusted my file to include it and altered CMYK tint for round two. Then when the second proof arrived, the envelope proof had the original template back in use. So I had incurred extra cost to adjust my file using the new template which did have subtle design differences. I approved the last round template/color. The folded envelope looks great and the color looks perfect! On my next order, I'll be able to order a larger quantity for more savings, since the CMYK tint is now tested!”

“Red in the logo is darker than other printed pieces with the exact same CMYK values. Delivery was considerably delayed well beyond the promised delivery date.”

“Wrong size envelope and it does not match approved proof. And after reporting issue to company (that took almost an hour to relay) I have to wait 1-2 business days for an investigation. Immediate refund or corrected product should be given without having to follow up.”

“The A2 envelopes we received was completely unacceptable! Not only did the printout was incorrect starting from the beginning due to the flawed file uploading functionality, they lack the attention to the details on what I have noted on the job to print the front and the back of the envelope of the same color. The 70lb paper we received with this order was not the same quality we had previously and just felt cheap and flimsy. The folding of the envelope was terrible as well. Overall, it was such a overwhelmingly terrible/unprofessional quality with this print and we are glad that we only did a small order. The unprofessional look, feel and craftsmanship of these envelopes made them completely unusable and we are waiting to see if Uprinting can resolve this.”

“Despite speaking with three different CSRs assuring me that our return address logo would be printed centered on the back flap, our envelopes arrived with the RA centered on the front of the envelope. Since these were A2 envelopes, there's no way we can use them because the postage mark from our machine would cover it up.”
