Pocket Folders

This would depend on how you use it. An alternative would be to get a Half Folded Brochure but using a cardstock, possibly  14 PT Gloss or Matte. This would measure 11" x 17" flat.  If you have printing on just one side and the inside is blank , the printing cost could be less than $500 at today's prices. This would give you the same feel as a Pocket Folder for around 1/3 of the cost. However, since these would not have any pockets, you could use paper clips or fasteners for your inserts and business cards to make sure they don't fall out.

There is no restriction of the type of color you need to bleed as long as it extends 1/8" outside the trim line. The colors and and ink coverage will be consistent for all areas as we will follow as close as possible what the artwork presents.   What we encourage against is banding or gradient colors which is difficult to replicate in offset printing.  

We will print whatever you upload as your design but we do have some minimum printing requirements. We would need your artwork to have a 250-300 DPI resolution and we use a CMYK color printing format. This mean we will convert customer files to CMYK to meet our production guidelines and this will impact the colors in the final print.  

Our shortest run for a standard 9" x 12" pocket (double) folder with a card slot (on right pocket only) would be 25 pieces (with printing on the outside only). This would cost $1226.89 on a four business day printing turnaround.
