The custom bubble mailers have a Kraft exterior that’s partially made of recycled materials. These envelopes can also be reused as storage by your customers.
The bubble mailers provide padding to protect against external damage, while the rigid mailers keep documents inside flat and crease-free throughout delivery.
The printing time varies per shipping envelope type. Custom bubble mailers take longer to produce at 10 business days, while poly mailer envelopes and rigid mailers take 6 business days to print. Your order will be shipped after the indicated printing time. To find out how soon you can receive the mailer envelopes, select “Estimate Shipping & Delivery” below the online calculator and input your ZIP code. Several arrival dates will appear based on your location and the designated printing period.
Yes, you can download layout templates on the page of your preferred mailer envelope. We offer templates in AI, JPG, PDF, PSD, and PUB formats. Go to the “Templates” tab to access the files and select the envelope size you need to download.
Yes, you can upload a print-ready file after inputting the specs on the online calculator. On your preferred shipping envelope product page, select “Upload Your File & Order Now” at the bottom of the online calculator. You can upload from your computer, Dropbox, or One Drive. We recommend uploading files saved as JPG/JPEG, TIF/TIFF, AI, PSD, PUB, or EPS.
