Order Tracking, Change, and Cancellation

How do I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you may track it by clicking the “Track Shipment” button in the Orders & Proofs section of your account.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can change your order if you haven’t approved your design proof. To do so, reach out to our Customer Service team at (888) 888-4211 and make an order change request. Please refrain from resubmitting your order to avoid unnecessary charges on your credit card.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation from our Customer Service team at (888) 888-4211. There will be an additional $15 cancellation fee on top of other applicable charges once we honor your request. However, we will no longer accept your cancellation request and you will still be charged the full amount if your order is already in any of the following stages: 

  • Your order has been sent to production. 
  • Your order is already packaged. 
  • The order is on its way to you. 
  • Your order has been delivered.
I am satisfied with my order and would like to place a repeat purchase. How do I do that?

We are glad to hear that you are happy with our online printing services! To place a repeat order with the exact same specifications and quantity, go to “Your Account” and click the Orders & Proofs tab. Look for the previous order that you’d like to purchase again and click “Reorder”.
