Order Process

How do I place an order?

Ordering through our website is easy: just click on the product you want to order to access its page. The price of your order will be displayed automatically after you have selected the product specifications.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Creating an account lets you receive updates about your order through email or by phone. Without your information on file, we will not be able to contact you if we have questions or clarifications about your order.

What type of orders are not accepted?

We do not accept orders with offensive, indecent, and sensitive content (e.g., nudity, violence, etc.). Any material that’s illegal or that violates the rights of any third party will not be printed. Read more about accepted artwork files on our Terms & Conditions page.

Can I get a price quote before placing an order?

We offer instant online pricing on our products. You will see the price of your order on the Product Order page. Do note that this may change depending on the product specifications you select (paper, size, color, quantity, etc.).

You can also request custom quotes for your custom print jobs by clicking the link "Get a Custom Quote" on every product page or going directly to our Custom Quote page.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes, you can. Just get in touch with our Customer Service team at (888) 888-4211 and the assigned agent will place the order on your behalf.

What is your cut-off time?

If you are in a rush to receive your order, make sure to submit it before our cut-off time. Place your order and upload your press-ready files by 5:00 p.m. PT so we can line it up for the next day’s production.
