Digital prints from our brand new digital presses are virtually identical to our offset press prints, except for the following differences Digital Print Details FAST Next Day Turnaround Digital Prints can be printed as fast as 1-Business Day! 95% Color Accuracy Our digital press is calibrated daily to ensure highest consistency in colors. No Additional Coating Digital prints are run on coated paper . Unlike Offset, we don't add additional coating to prints. Folded Prints Due to lack of additional coating, thicker cover stocks (such as 14pt.) are not recommended for folding. |

Offset prints are printed in our Brand New Fully Automated Komori and Mitsubishi 28" and 40" Offset Presses. Offset Print Details Highest Color Accuracy Our offset presses are calibrated to output consistent high quality color. Coated Prints Unless otherwise noted, most of our offset prints are coated with an Aqueous (AQ), Matte or UV coat during print production. Cost Saving With offset printing, the cost-per-piece is lower when printing higher quantities. Recommended for jobs requiring more than 500 pieces. Larger Sheet Size Offset prints run on larger 40" wide presses, allowing you to print sizes up to 27" x 38" prints (unlike Digital Print max. of 11" x 17") |
