For folded postcards, you can use our website to change the folding and tabbing options. You can also set the printing quantity, shipping details and the printing turnaround for the postcard project and instantly get the price quote with our price calculator.
We print your postcards using digital and offset printers. We also use the CMYK color process to produce excellent colors for your postcard designs. You can print 50 to 100,000 flat postcards and have 1 to 3 business day turnarounds. For folded postcards, we use offset printers that can print 250 to 100,000 postcards and have 2 to 3 business day turnarounds.

Custom Postcard Sizes
Both the flat and folded postcards can have custom sizes. The flat postcard can have a custom size ranging from 4”x4" to 11”x6" with 0.25” increments. For folded postcards, the custom size can range from 7”x5" to 17”x11" with 0.25” increments.

Postcard Mailing Services
We offer many mailing services including List Preparation (single file), Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification for address accuracy and correction of details, address ink jetting for clear printing of addresses, postal pre-sorting and United States Postal Service (USPS) mailing.
You can mail flat postcards with or without envelopes. For folded postcards, you can have them tabbed or put into addressed envelopes. The postage may vary depending on the postcard’s size and folding options. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the printing turnaround for mailing preparation.
Postcard Designing and Digital Proofing
If you don’t have a postcard design yet, you can have one by visiting our design gallery and picking any premade design template. You can also personalize it to match your needs. If you want a more custom approach, you can create your own design. Use our U-Design to create or modify a template and add text, shapes, clipart or even your own images.
Once you have your design, you can submit it to us to get free digital proofs. Your design will be examined by our prepress team and make all the necessary changes in order for your postcards to be print-ready. We will submit the proof, together with the indicated adjustments, for you to review. If you’re satisfied and are ready to place an order, you can approve the proof.
