The biggest asset of a label or sticker is it is designed to be permanently affixed to something by the end user. In other words, once they take it and stick it on something (like a car bumper for example) it will always be there. That makes stickers a great marketing tool because once they've been put in place, the customer will be looking at the sticker, and by extension your business information, for a long time.

Label and Sticker Design Tips

With the permanent nature of a label or sticker, you need to make sure that your item offers enough value or creates enough interest in the customer to entice him or her to affix it permanently to a surface. Concentrate on making your sticker interesting and colorful, but make sure that you still get your company information on there as well. Whether its a logo, address information or a company catchphrase, you need to be sure that your company is reference on the sticker. It doesn't do any good to give your customer a sticker which isn't designed to make him or her think of your company. You should also be aware that we do not recommend having borders on your labels as there is a considerable possibility that a border can be mistakenly cut through by our cutters.

Label and Sticker Print Specifications

Labels and Stickers are prepared with a crack and peel adhesive backing for easy removal from the sheet. In addition, you have the choice of whether you want them UV coated or not. UV coating makes the stickers more durable and water resistant. But even with this coating, the stickers are not waterproof, only water resistant. Label Printing U-Printing’s adhesives printing services include full color labels. We can accommodate an array of label sizes ranging from 2” x 2” to 11” x 17”, depending on the custom size you want. You can adjust the size at intervals of 0.25” to get the exact dimensions you need. We use 70 lb Crack N Peel adhesive paper stock for label printing. You have a choice to have them treated with ultraviolet coating or not. When coated, the adhesive material achieves certain properties such as water resistance. This makes the label more durable. Uncoated stock, on the other hand, is ideal for imprinting. The surface of the adhesive paper stock remains printer-friendly. You can order 250 to 100,000 pieces of these adhesives, and choose to have them processed within 4 or 6 business days. Our turnaround times involve label printing, cutting and packing prior to shipping. As soon as the products are done, they are readied for delivery. Once you submit your design, our pre-press team evaluates your file in terms of bleed, resolution and image color space. An electronic press-ready proof of your file is sent to you. With us, no project gets printed without the client’s final proof approval.
