The 20-pt. plastic comes in three colors:
- White – Ideal for minimalist designs that combine the simplicity and contrast of black with a white background.
- Frosted – Provides a semi-transparent background for your design. Perfect for cool shades of blue, or complement the background with black or bright shade.
- Clear – The entire card will be completely transparent. One-sided printing only. It comes with a protective film you peel off before use.
To ensure your images and text do not blend in with the plastic’s color, apply a layer of white ink so it contrasts with the respective background. Stick to bold, bright, or dark colors. A font size of 9 pts. will keep the discount details readable.

Yes, if the codes are alphanumeric we can print that in what is called Variable Data printing. Please create an account with us online, gve us a call and speak to a Custom Representative to get a quote.
Unfortunately, we cant send one unit as a sample as it will take the same set up as if you are running the minimum number of cards. Also, we can not guarantee an exact color match due to the printing process in place and the material the item is made of which is the 20 Pt plastic stock. We can only print as close as possible to the colors you approve on your artwork using a CMYK color format.
You can only use one valid discount code per transation. The discount codes available are only those offered by our Marketing Department directly and not from third parties not affiliated with UPrinting. Our pricing tool is based on quantity per design. This means each design will have its own specific cost per quantity to be configured on the online pricing tool. We can't offer the price for 250 and break this down into different designs.
It would be hard to describe how transparent the solid colors would turn out. We do not use white ink for these to look solid so to give you a visual example, please take a look at the Window Cling page. You can see the picture showing a hand with different colored fingers (with the word "Trade" on it) and it describes how images will look with different materials and there is a sample for "Make Everything Transparent". That would be as close as possible to how transparent solid colors will appear on the Discount Cards.
We can only print the discount cards. The Bar Code must be provided by the customer.
