The full-color graphics are made through fabric dye-sublimation, which allows ink to penetrate the fabric. This brings beautiful, embedded colors that won’t peel or fade even after multiple washings.

Fabric pop-up displays come in two display sizes (96" x 89" and 120" x 89") that match big and small space requirements.
The display comes as a complete kit, but you can order the replacement banner only if you already have a frame.
The kit includes:

Setting up the display is easy without using any tools. In a matter of minutes, you can put up the display in your booth on your own.
Here’s how to do it:
- Connect the tubes of the frame by following the number labels.
- Wrap the frame with the banner starting from the left side.
- Make sure that the graphic is taut before you zip it up.
- If you ordered LED lights, attach the light clip at the top of the display. Secure it with screws.
- Attach the LED lights to the clip.

Can I print on both sides of the pop-up display?
Yes, you can print on both sides of the graphic. Select "Front and Back” as your Printed Side.
How many LED lights can I add to the display?
You can add 2 pieces of LED lights to an order of the graphic with the frame. The LED lights are attached to the frame.
How soon can I receive my curved tension pop-up display?
The shipping for your display begins after the 4-business-day printing time. To find out how soon you can receive your order, select “Estimate Shipping and Delivery” below the online calculator and input your ZIP code. Several arrival dates will appear based on your location.

If you take a look at the assembly guide, the actual frame has multiple base points when it is stretched. There are locking mechanisms in these stands that hold the frame in place and makes it sturdy to stand on its own. These are not designed for outdoor use or be exposed to strong winds.
The total weight would be around 18-20 lbs. We normally ship this in one box containing all the graphics and accessories..
I think the main factor here is the file should meet our recommended resolution of 300 DPI. As long as you have the text at that quality, it can print clearly enough for people to read. The proof will be the best barometer of how the item will print so you will need to get a proof first before you approve the job for production. If you can view the proof (or at least print that portion of the artwork) at 100% and it looks fine, then it will print okay.
We don't officially indicate a minimum font size for this large format product. Readability is impacted by the condition of the file and we will mention any issues in the proofing notes. It would be best to get a free proof (you do not need to have the job paid to get this), so that our Graphics Team can check if the file will be print ready.
