A: Yes, our child-resistant flat pouches have been tested and certified by third-party agencies to meet federal test requirements provided by the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 16, Part 1700) referenced by A.S.T.M. D3475. The closure on our flat pouches also meet the requirements for special packaging as indicated in the U.S. Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA).
A: To know the shelf life of your product, it must undergo a series of tests conducted by a qualified testing company. It is advisable to contact an accredited shelf life testing lab before ordering child-resistant flat pouches.
