We could print and diecut at 1" or 1.25" but these would be custom jobs and since the set up fees for the die and die cutting are counted per thousand pieces, it may be more practical to order with the buttons instead.
I'm afraid that the option for 3" is currently not available online.

These are printed on an adhesive material and then added to the button with clear film over that.
