How to Customize Your Box Sleeves
Almost every aspect of your box sleeves can be customized. Choose between 18 pt. and 24 pt. cardstock for the material of your box sleeves. Print them in full color or have them shipped with no print at all. If you want to add both flair and protection to your box sleeves, have them coated with aqueous coating, glossy UV, matte UV, glossy + matte UV, or soft touch lamination.
There are also other features that you can add to your custom box sleeves. You can opt for foil stamping if you are going for a more elegant look, add window cut-outs for a sneak peek at the packed item, use spot UV to add depth and contrast to your designs, and more.

No, you don’t. Our box sleeves are already glued to one side and folded when they are shipped. You just have to pop them back into shape when you get them.
There are two ways to do this. The first option is to use our website’s intuitive online design tool to edit and customize the design of your box sleeves before placing an order. The second one is to just upload your artwork on our website and have our team review your file to ensure that there won’t be any problems in printing.
Standard turnaround time for our custom box sleeves is 15-20 business days. If you chose to expedite the production, expect them to be ready for shipping after 6-8 business days.

If you ordering a Box Sleeve, you can customize the size by selecting the number of inches in each dimension (Lenght, Width and Depth). These are customizable once you hover your cursor and click over the size options. Once you have the correct dimensions, you can continue to fill up the other options such as material, coating, printed sides and quantity. To submit your file, you neeed to get the template so click on the "Order Now & Receive A Dieline Template". This will trigger a response from us and you will be emailed a template. You may now use that template as a guide to upload your file for us to process and send you a free proof of your Box Sleeve before you make payment.
