Print a set of sheet labels you can apply on packages, envelopes, products, and other branded items. Basic shaped (rectangular) labels are printed on 8.5” x 11” sheets. How to Make Sheet Labels for Your Business
Choose the sheet size based on the number of labels you need.
Do you need a lot of mailing labels or just a few for asset management? Our sheet labels give you the flexibility of printing what you need, when you need it. You can print up to 30 pieces of 2.685” x 1” labels on each 8.5” x 11” sheet. If you need only two pieces of 2” x 2” labels, you can opt for a smaller sheet size such as 4” x 6”.
Print with materials that elevate the look of your artwork. Our labels are printed in either indoor-friendly white paper sticker or 70 lb. label and white vinyl sticker for outdoor use.
- White paper sticker is ideal for general indoor use. It is made of smooth, semi-gloss, pressure-sensitive adhesive paper. This material sticks to most surfaces and is best used for decorative purposes.
- 70 lb. label is our most popular label material. It comes with a matte, gloss, and high-gloss finish. The label’s surface is writable with a permanent ink marker, making it perfect for personalized handwritten labels.
- White vinyl sticker is the most durable label material we offer. It is 4 mil thick, and is resistant to tearing moisture, and UV exposure. White vinyl labels come with a high-gloss finish.

Have a print-ready design? Upload the design and we’ll review it for technical errors. Make sure the image resolution is at least 300 dpi and set in CMYK color mode.

You can also select “Create Your Design Online” and you’ll be taken to the intuitive tool on your browser. The menu allows you to add images, combine colors, and edit text.
Frequently Asked Questions
The number of labels you can print on a sheet depends on the size of both the label and the sheet. For basic rectangular shapes, you can print up to thirty labels 2.685” x 1” in size on a single 8.5” x 11” sheet. When designing custom shapes, just keep in mind that the labels need to be at least 1” x 1” in size and have a 0.25” from each other. Refer to the table below which illustrates how many custom-shaped labels can be printed on two common sheet sizes.

For labels printed in basic shapes, we use an 8.5” x 11” sheet. For custom shaped labels, you can choose from four different sizes: 4" x 6", 8.5" x 11", 5.5" x 8.5", and 3.5" x 8". You can also order a custom size as long as the dimensions fit inside an 8.5” x 11” sheet.

Yes, the uncoated option allows you to write on the white paper sticker material with a pen or marker. Perfect for writing down the customer’s mailing details on personalized address labels.
