NOTE: Excessive handling of the ribbon will cause the foil to invariably rub off on your fingers. In addition, small text/details may fill in or drop out.

Q: What type of files do I need to upload for the artwork?
A: We recommend sending your artwork as PDF. However, you can also upload any of the following files with 300 dpi or higher: AI, PSD, PUB, PDF, JPEG, PNG.
Q: How much space do I need for repeated logos?
A: The imprinted design will have a 1/2" space in between repeats. If you need more space, please specify in your purchase order.
Q: Can you pre-cut my ribbons before shipping?
A: All ribbons are shipped in rolls. We do not offer cutting services for ribbons and bows.
Q: How long is one roll? Is there a limit to the number of rolls that I can order?
A: A roll of ribbon measures 100 yards. You can purchase as many as 45 rolls of ribbons in one order.
Q: Can you print my custom ribbon logo back-to-back?
A: No, we can only print your logo on the front side of the ribbon.

This is a finishing in printing where a thin film of metal or foil is binded to certain areas of a card or paper using heat or pressure to add a shiny or matte effect to the artwork. This results in highlighting the areas that have foil to stand out and give an elegant touch to the artwork.
The satin finish is only on one side of our ribbons.
That would be the closest shade to what is in the picture. We can not guarantee an exact color match as our monitors are all calibrated differently and there are many factors that affect what we see.
Unfortunately, we do not have products that fit your requirements. Our ribbons are printed with foil stamping which will deteriorate when washed.
We would be unable to quote for this as we do not have a 3/8" width ribbon (our smallest is 5/8") and our 1 roll is equivalent to a minimum 100 yards.
Your files will be reviewed for printing errors without paying a cent.
