Callista Design Logo There is more to design than just coming up with variations from existing ones that are out in the market. Good marketers know that a good, original design can say a lot about your product or company. Your brand is your identity, and you sure want to stand out from the crowd.

Callista Gredys is a designer who takes this particular motto to heart. She understands how important it is for a design to reflect the client’s requirement or personal style. To get to know the client better, she makes use of a step by step process that begins with a discovery meeting. She communicates with them to come up with the best-fit design. For in the end, the product should reflect the client’s expectations, not the designer’s.

Now one must point out that a more personalized design and dedicated attention does not mean that Callista Design is not competitive price wise. In fact, Callista Design’s advantage is the quality of her work relative to the cost. She has had experience working with creative teams that charge a hefty fee per hour, but because she is only one person, she is able to control the expenses of her company and price competitively. In her words, “I give my clients the satisfaction they want, for a price they can afford.”

Callista has years of experience when it comes to designing. She currently has a full time job as a Graphic Designer and is also a Marketing Assistant for an Animal Health Care Product Distributor. She shares that her freelance design business is something that was necessitated with the slowing economy. It is definitely added income, and at the same time offers alternatives to smaller businesses. Callista also assists some non-profit organizations with their design requirements. She strives to be known for her honesty and sincerity in her business dealings.

In her current job as product designer, Callista uses UPrinting for their print product requirements (i.e. labels, hang tags, etc.). She relates that if they spend less on labels and packaging, their products have lesser overhead cost which in turn, allows them to price competitively. Callista recommends UPrinting to friends, colleagues and clients all the time. “UPrinting is very easy to work with and they have many more capabilities than what is advertised on their website.”, she says.
