Tired of staring at a blank, white backside to your business card? Here are some great back of business card ideas.

Back of Business Card Ideas

Appointment Reminder
If you run the type of business where appointments are the bulk of your business (massage therapist, dentist, hair salon, etc.), then use the back of your business card to include a few appointment reminder fields. That way, clients can fill in the date, time and person they’re meeting, meaning they’ll be less likely to forget.

Services List
Don’t make prospective clients guess at what you do, include a concrete list of services on the back of your business card. Why? Because sometimes company names like “Sysatech Inc.” or job titles like “Information Systems Consultant” don’t really convey what it is, exactly, that you do.
So, instead of letting that real estate go to waste, fill it up with a list of services. Or, if your business is actually personal service-based (like a hair salon or spa), then include a service menu or price list on the back of your cards.

Translations
If you do a lot of international business, one of the best back of business card ideas you can implement is to include cultural or language translations on the back of the card. Whether it’s including your name spelled phonetically in the local alphabet or providing a basic translation of your job title, these small touches can go a long way in a new place.

Calendar
Not the most creative of the back of the business card ideas, but a calendar is a nice little tool to include on the back of your card. Instead of going with a generic calendar, consider including a calendar of upcoming events for that quarter for your company.
For example, if you’ll be appearing at a trade show, speaking at a conference, hosting a major promotion, moving or launching a new product, then include that on your custom calendar. It’s also a nice way to keep your business cards up to date and fresh.

Pictures and Portfolio Pieces
Take advantage of UPrinting’s full-color printing service and turn the back of your business card into a portfolio showcase. Print a few sets, each featuring a photograph or image of your work and let it speak for itself. Instead of telling your clients what you do, show them.
