What You Should Know
Commonly, an 8.5 x 11” design is the most popular, it offers enough space to print the graphics and incorporate texts without looking either too cluttered or too spacious. But the size of your standard poster printer paper still depends on just how much embellishments or artworks it is that you have. Indeed you cannot use the 8.5 if your images are relatively more than that.
For some graphics, the standard poster printer paper media commonly used for production is the 36” wide size of paper; which of course still depend on the design or file type of your poster, will relatively take a few hours or more. And since the images are created with the use of heat applications, take care not to use hot lamination for this can draw out the color and will only result to a blank poster. You are free to apply a wide variety of color combinations too with the use of different poster printing equipment. Choose from different color combinations like blue or red print on a white background, orange print on white paper, or the black print on blue or pink or yellow paper.
